IN THE ZONE is a metabolic assessment enterprise bringing state of the art fitness and nutritional evaluation to health and sport conscious individuals. Evaluation and testing is performed on the New Leaf breakthrough VO2 testing technology. Results from two 10-15 minutes evaluations will form the basis of a personally tailored exercise prescription for performance conditioning and/or weight loss.
